If you have entered personal details into our “Contact/Booking" page, your details may be stored on our databases. We will hold your information indefinitely for the purposes of future ongoing communication. You can request to have your details removed by contacting us.
If using one of our partner drop-in or collection points, your submitted details will also be forwarded to them.
We may also use your information for informative purposes, such as sending emails relating to (but not limited to): Common Computer problems, ICT News, Promotional deals from our partners and General world-wide security alerts. You will be automatically opted-in to receive email like this from us, however you can opt-out of these emails, by using the opt-out function at the bottom of any email messages received.
You will not be contacted by any other third parties via emails, letters or telephone calls unless you have specifically allowed it. However occasionally we may be unable to assist repairing your device, in those instances we reserve the right to forward your submitted details to any third parties that may be able to assist you.

While subscribed to any of our “CRS Support” services (Free OR Paid), the contact details you have entered will be stored on our databases. We may also use your information for informative purposes, such as sending emails relating to (but not limited to): Common Computer problems, ICT News, Promotional deals from our partners and General world-wide security alerts. If a problem is detected with your Device and we deem it necessary to contact you directly (as part of the service), usually we will attempt to telephone you first. Our Databases - Where your personal details are stored & Data Breach action.
Currently we have 3 secure databases:
Client Database - Anyone who has submitted or given their personal details to us.
CRS Support Database - Anyone who has currently or previously used our CRS Support Software.
SageOne Accounting Database - Anyone who is also in our “Client Database”.

In the unlikely event of a data breach to any of our databases, all parties concerned will be made aware via email within 72 hours. In case we do not have your email on record, an additional public announcement will be published on the homepage of our website for no more than 30 days.

Signed Agreements
Before carrying out repair work we will ask you to sign our Terms & Conditions agreement. A copy of this signed agreement will be stored digitally for our records, and is available on request.
