Terms & Conditions | Agreement

Before repairs are carried out to your item(s), we will require you to sign the following agreement. Should we ever update our agreement, you can find the most recent copy here.

You (The Customer, Signed Below) authorize CRS (Computer Resolve Services) to perform repair work on your electronic device. You understand that CRS is not an authorized service dealer. Further, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold CRS from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any repair work performed on your electronic device, unless it is caused by severe negligence of CRS or its agent.

You understand that CRS in very rare circumstances may damage your electronic device unintentionally, when opening the electronic device to be repaired. This can include but is not limited to: Scratching of surfaces, Plastic Bezel Damage, Broken Clips and Connector Damage.

You understand that CRS is not responsible for any data loss, which may occur as a result of work done to your electronic device. You also understand that you have the option to, and are responsible for backing up the device before allowing any repair to be performed on the device in the event of any data loss and hardware or software failure.

You understand that CRS will not browse through any personal, private or confidential information or data; however, data may inadvertently be seen during the course of the work. You understand that any confidential data should be removed from the device prior to having repair work performed on the device.

You understand that repairs or technical support performed by CRS may void manufacturer warranties, especially in the case of iOS device repairs. CRS and its affiliates do not assume any liability or warranty in the event that the manufacturer warranties are voided but may, at its sole discretion, offer its own warranty on the parts and/or services performed.

With all Laptop & Computer Repairs our CRS Support Program will be installed to check the overall health of your system; Data gathered about your machine is directly related to the issues you'd experience, such as hardware information, application crash information and hard drive health.
You will not be charged for this program unless you request an upgrade and it may be removed at any time by calling us on 01603 447198.

You will be notified on repair completion to collect or arrange delivery of your repaired item(s). Payment must be made before collection or delivery. We will hold your item(s) free of charge for a maximum of 10 days, after which a daily holding fee of £1 applies.  Your final invoice should be paid in full no later than the due date. A further charge of £1 per day will be added to overdue Invoices. Any non-paid invoice overdue by 30 days or more will incur a £100 Administration fee. Additionally if you fail to collect your repaired item(s) after 30 days, we reserve the right to take ownership of your item(s) and to recycle, dispose of or sell the item(s) in order to recover our costs.

Repair Warranties: All Hardware repairs have a standard 30 day warranty period unless otherwise stated and will be void if the CRS Service / Warranty sticker is removed or pierced.

By signing the agreement you (The Customer) accept that the same terms also apply to any future repairs performed by CRS. We reserve the right to change the T&Cs at any time, without prior notice.
