This can be for several reasons such as a bad power supply or faulty board components. Worst-case scenario being a main chip fault. We would proceed to inspect the device (£20) and then let you know the price to fix once we know the cause.
This can be for a few reasons, however the Encoder IC Chip may be faulty, we won’t know until we have inspected the device in question. A faulty encoder plus fitting would be from at minimum £100 and depends on model/version of device in question.
Your console likely needs to be cleaned out. £50 - Usually ready for the following day, but up to 7 days still applies. Full teardown, cleanout and thermal paste re-applied. We advise consoles to be cleaned out every 2 years, depending on usage of course.
Several issues could cause this behaviour. We would proceed to inspect the device (£20) and then let you know the price to fix once we know the cause.
Likely an overheating issue, at first we would recommend a console cleanout £50. Full teardown, cleanout and thermal paste re-applied. If problems persist then we can look at other causes and go from there.
Controller repair price starts from £50 so we only recommend repairs on Elite, Scuf or Pro types of controllers.
A very common problem is stick drift which will either require the controller to be cleaned or parts replaced, this is typically £60.
Our iPhone repairs are typically £40 plus part costs. We do not stock iPhone parts and they will need to be ordered in, however this can be on arrangement and repairs are typically done same-day or within a few hours.
It is hard for us to give an exact price for laptop screen replacement until we remove the original screen in question. Laptop screens come in different sizes and some are touch-screen, behind glass for example. Part numbers are located behind the screen, so the bezel and lid will have to be removed before we know the exact screen part that you need. The laptop should therefore ideally be left with us for the duration of repair. Most laptop screen repairs will be £90-£130 (Includes labour). Searching on eBay your laptop make/model can give you a rough idea of part cost, however we use an independent supplier for most screens. We go by the part number to prevent incompatibility.
Touchscreen replacements are possible, however the “pen-touch” element will normally be missing as a result.
If your use of the computer requires the use of a pen-touch, it is highly likely the repair price would be uneconomical. This is because most touchscreens with pen-touch are often half the price of the computer in question.
If your use of the computer does not require the use of the pen-touch feature, repair is more likely.

We will need to fully dismantle your device to assess the extent of the liquid damage. Sometimes electronic devices can be saved by cleaning and other times the device can be considered a total loss. We won't know more until we've taken a look. Liquid damage inspection starts from £100.
If your monitor screen is cracked unfortunately we cannot help you with a replacement.
If your monitor has a bad HDMI port, we might be able to assist, price starting from £60.
Make sure you are plugging into the graphics card on the lower slots of the PC. If you have plugged into the motherboard top part, you will likely have no screen outputs.
If you have tried this and continue to have issues we will need to inspect the PC (£20) to determine the fault.

We should be able to assist you with this issue, however we will likely require you to schedule a callout with us. The minimum fee of callout is £60.
We do not fix these kind of issues on printers, however it is worth contacting Leonards24 on 01603 627822. They will let you know if the printer is even worth saving or whether you should just buy a replacement.
This is very likely due to disk drive failure, we offer data recovery services for a set-fee of £80. At worst-case scenario you may require forensic level data recovery, in which case we would refer you to our forensic data recovery experts.
If your device still has a warranty you should seek repairs through the original manufacturer or place of purchase. In the case you have lost your proof of purchase and therefore invalidated your warranty we will be happy to assist with repairs.
