Was having issues with PC shutting down. called CRS having previously used them before to repair another PC. Identified issue which was an SSD drive. data recovered and new SSD fitted with upgraded RAM, Mike took time to explain the causes and offered advice and recommendations. excellent service, would highly recommend for any repairs or fault finding with a PC

Nigel did a recap and repair of a 1983 BBC Model B Microcomputer and it was flawless. He kept me informed with regards to any additional components needed to get things running, he even sent me video of portions of the repair process. I will 100% be using CRS for any future repairs I have.

My trusty laptop decided to be less trustworthy and gave up completely. Made an appointment with Michael as he fixed an XBox for me some time back. He analysed the problem while I waited, explained the way forward and probable price. As before, he fixed all the faults rapidly, keeping me informed at all times and the laptop was fixed, running better than new within 2 days, at a great price. Faultless service, amazing knowledge and I would thoroughly recommend him to anybody. 5 stars again

Complete honesty about whether the repair or service is worth it for the customer and what the expected outcome would be.I brought in a PS4 Pro for a clean and change of thermal paste and it has lowered the noise it outputs significantly in demanding games like God of War Ragnarok.
