My trusty laptop decided to be less trustworthy and gave up completely. Made an appointment with Michael as he fixed an XBox for me some time back. He analysed the problem while I waited, explained the way forward and probable price. As before, he fixed all the faults rapidly, keeping me informed at all times and the laptop was fixed, running better than new within 2 days, at a great price. Faultless service, amazing knowledge and I would thoroughly recommend him to anybody. 5 stars again

Technologically knowledgable and skilled, with excellent customer service and effective expectation management. Complete honesty about whether the repair or service is worth it for the customer and what the expected outcome would be.I brought in a PS4 Pro for a clean and change of thermal paste and it has lowered the noise it outputs significantly in demanding games like God of War Ragnarok.

Mike provides great service - quick, helpful and very knowledgeable. He sorted out my HP ProDesk 600 G4 business desktop which needed a new SSD M2 and now runs like a dream. I'll think twice before buying another one which says no caddy. He also worked hard to diagnose the problem with my old desktop HP 8300 SFF and found that I'd managed to completely fry it by having a go at fixing it late one night. Very reasonable cost too - highly recommended.
