Dell Latitude Power Surged

Unfortunately this Dell Latitude laptop suffered a power surge unexpectedly during a thunderstorm. Despite our attempts to get the motherboard working again, we were unable to. As can be seen in the picture taken no actual burn damage is visible. The failure is likely caused by internal damage to one of the many onboard chips present.
